I've been in real estate almost seven years. I started in Salt Lake City, where I was born and raised, and moved to Arizona, which is home now.

Long before any of that, at sixteen, I became a CNA and spent my days in a hospital helping people recover from surgery. That's where I learned what it means to be responsible for how someone else comes out the other side of something hard. Real estate isn't surgery. But it's the biggest financial decision most people ever make, and the instincts turned out to be the same. Be attentive. Be present. Be honest. And have integrity.

Relocation is where I do my best work, and part of that is having done it myself. People moving to Arizona are rarely just changing addresses. They're after a different life: more time outside, a backyard that gets used, water within reach, less of the day spent driving. My job is to work out your ideal lifestyle and point you toward the part of the Valley that delivers it.

On the selling side, I come from social media strategy, and it taught me something most agents never have to learn: how to put a home in front of the right people instead of listing it and hoping. Before your house goes live we get it genuinely ready, then build demand for it, then price it to create competition rather than waiting for one buyer to wander by.

When I'm not working I'm usually near water (pool, lake, ocean, I'm not picky), geeking out on a health and wellness trend, or traveling every chance I get. I love making a house a home and organizing, it relaxes me. And my dog Pauly, he's usually right next to me for it.
