I'm from Salt Lake City, where I traded years on a snowboard for the Arizona sun. It became home fast. I started out working in group homes, supporting people through a wide range of needs. That work shaped how I relate to people and how I care for them, and none of that has changed.

From there I moved into physician recruitment, staffing hospitals and clinics across the country, Arizona included. That work runs on trust. Physicians don't move their careers on the word of someone they haven't come to rely on, so the relationships were the job. These relationships built slowly, one straight conversation at a time. And underneath it was one thing: when a role sat empty, people in that community went without care. Real estate doesn't carry that weight and I won't pretend it does. But it is the biggest financial decision most people ever make, and the habit came with me. When the outcome belongs to someone else, you don't get to be casual about it.

Before any of it, sports like football, track, powerlifting, a little college baseball. That's where the drive, the grit, and the team player mentality come from.

Relocation is personal for me because I've done it. When you're buying a house in a state you don't live in yet, you're not just changing addresses, you're making a bet on a life you can't see yet. I've made that bet. I know which questions actually matter, and which ones people only think to ask once they've already moved.

Outside of work I'm outdoors as much as I can be! National parks, trails, on the open road, anywhere that gets me out of the house.
